Australian Architectural Drafting was established in the year 2021, with a team of experienced architects, engineers, designers, and draftsman. We are expertise in providing façade and steel drafting services to not only local but also to our global clients.
We aim to give our clients high-quality façade drawings at competitive rates using CAD and Revit software. Our experience and knowledge of contemporary façade grant us to deliver superior drawings. Client satisfaction is the key element of our work leading to high quality, cost effective and on time delivery of the projects.
What Makes Us Different
AAD consists of experienced façade specialists who are well-experienced in design and installation requirements. We are well-aware of the information that façade site team and installers need to find in shop drawings in order to proceed with installation without difficulties such as set-outs, structural opening requirements, section and details, RLs, panel numbers, glass type and etc.
We are façade specialists with extensive knowledge of all types of façade including curtain walls, windows, doors, aluminum cladding, louvres, precast concrete and GRC panels, skylights.
We provide drawings management services including uploading and submitting drawings for review through document management platforms such as Oracle Aconex, Procore and etc.
Our experienced team can issue RFIs directly to Builders, Architects, Façade Consultants, and other project stakeholder taking the hassle away from our clients to coordinate the works.
We provide production drawings for aluminium, glass, cladding and steel.
We ensure that our shop drawings will have all the information that installers need to proceed with façade installation smoothly.
